Every guild adventure is required to have an official scribe to record the main events of the adventure. The completed documents are written in the electronic format of the scribes preference and added to the archives in the Guild Library (http://dq.sf.org.nz/library/) (usually in PDF).

Scribe notes can be entered directly on the wiki (view existing Scribe Notes for examples). It is recommended to make use of the linking ability of the Wiki to cross reference everywhere you go and every important person you deal with to their appropriate section of the Wiki.

To start a set of Scribe notes the following Templates are available for you. Template1 Template 2

Content of Scribe Notes

While there are no hard and fast rules about what must be in a set of scribe notes, the following is a guideline of the minimum that should be included.

  • The Party Members.
  • The Employer, what the party is hired to do and what they are getting paid.
  • Diary with names, places and events.
  • Astrology readings and any other bits of information gathered during the course of the adventure.
  • The outcome of the adventure.
  • Treasure and Items acquired on the adventure.

The Western Kingdom Calendar and a realignment of the calendar with the seasons, which had become out of step due to the AP calendar's use of a 365 day year, was started at the beginning of this session. Months in the WK calendar before this point were extrapolated.
