Sanctuary Danbos Reef

The artificial breakwater around Sanctuary Harbour, and the fortifications and warehouses on it, are known as Danbo’s reef, after that unfortunate sea captain ran his ship onto it in fine weather. The reef exists to provide mass storage for goods using Sanctuary as a way-point, as a fortified entrance to the harbour, and to keep certain visitors, such as foreign marines, isolated. The reef houses a number of stevedores, storemen, and guards, as well as support industries supplying food, entertainment and drugs. Danbo’s reef is a military outpost, run by the Third Command.
