Regar’s Keep is built high on an open hill with an excellent view of the surrounding countryside. It is a base for mounted troops who patrol the Sweet Riding and the Artusian Hills.

The Keep used to be served by 150 men-at-arms and a dozen knights drawn in rotation from Castle Chilton. Since about 795wk the keep has served as a base for troops combating the Dark Circle. Now the keep rarely has less than 200 men-at-arms stationed there and often has up to 2,000 troops based at the keep or in temporary camps around the keep.

Guild Outpost

Since the 804wk, the Seagate Guild has maintained an outpost near Regar's Keep to support the troops deployed against the Dark Circle. This is staffed by volunteer guild members who travel between the outpost and the guild via flight and portals.

Services provided are:

• Healing
• Spells for support, enhancement, healing, and communication.
• Smithing for repair and occasionally construction of Armour, Weapons, and misc. other goods.
• Scribing, tactical and logistical support.
• Entertainment.
