Originally a Servant of Malthus (Earl of Death and Havoc), around 300 years ago he 'grew a spine', and decided he could do better than the 72 were managing. He created a religion and grew it slowly, staying beneath the notice of the Dukes. Appears pragmatic, and opportunistic. As the Dark Circle withdrew in 806WK, his agents took control of at least six vampires, and took power in Horsham and Mickleton in Waterford (the Hormikleton Forest vampires were neutralised.) The six vampires and a score or so of his priests were destroyed by a Guild party in Spring 806WK, freeing the two towns.
