Hoar Dwarves

Hoar Dwarves is one of three large Dwarven underground cities along with Harhakeim and Kondasgel.
The Hoar Dwarves fortress is on the mainland, whereas Kondasgel and Harhakeim are on the island of Nordon (Ivinia).
They are an active member of the Axe Alliance.
