Duke Leto

Duke Leto of Seagate is the Lord and Duke of Carzala. He is a powerful man in good health and is fair and kind. Most think of him as a good and fair leader.

It is widely known that the Seagate Guild of Adventurers supports him, offering all kinds of assistance when he needs it. The guild and its members enjoy his favour. The Duke enjoys over 750,000 sp in tax from the guild per year.

He is married. He has four children that are currently training in the courts of Aladar and Aquila and Alfheim, some say for his families protection given the Dark Circle.

He is generally accompanied by members of the Carzalan Noble Guards

Friends of the Duke
Duke Leto has an excellent relationship with Ambassador Logan who he thinks highly of. Lysander and Baron Blitzkrieg of Stormguard are good friends with the Duke. It is also said that he is good friends with Kree, Silverfoam and Silken who are also guild members in good standing. Engalton has a good working relationship with Duke Leto as does Dramus.

Duchy of Carzala
The Duke has always had a problem with Carzala. The Duchy of Carzala has always run at a loss. Without the taxes from the many Guilds of Seagate, the Duke would not be able to fund the many civic works that have been quickly completed in the last 10 years.

Due to the demands that the Middle Duchies War, the blockade by Destiny on Seagate and in more recent times the Church and then the Dark Circle have placed upon him and Carzala, none of the other noble families within Carzala are rich enough or foolish enough to try to remove him, even if they wished to - which they do not.

Knighthoods
In the year 806wk the Court of Carzala elevated what is thought to be over a dozen Knighthoods to raise some coin for the Duke and his war efforts. The Knighthoods are still understood to be available contact his chamberlain.
