The county is a wide area in the north of the Duchy. The East of the county is more cultured with a mostly Human and Halfling based population. The west of the county is still very uncivilised and is peopled by Orcs, golblins, and giants.

Orc Town, in the northwest has also helped to make sure the Orcs and Giants don't bring bad habits or trouble into the low land areas.
