'Mr Bamph or Trevor' of the Allied Traders

He powerful well dressed (maybe over dressed) assassin that has been encountered as 'Trevor' (or Bamph) in Masada, Sanctuary and working for the Allied Traders (Thieves guild) in Khatovar by members of the Guild.

Reports say;
He is an assassin, his daggers are poisoned with a two part poison that will kill within 15 seconds. His cloak is a gateway to the void absorbing anyone who tries to attack him from behind. His armour absorbs magic including DA's. He is a fast lightly armoured fighter and can teleport into shadows as a talent, his combat trick is to teleport into your shadow behind you, stab you with both daggers and teleport away.
